Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. If additional work or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, additional charges may apply. We will discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding whenever practical.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods, including cash, check, and major credit cards where available.
Scheduling and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and informing us of any known hazards or conditions that may affect the work.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
Vanderwall and Sons Handyman LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, misuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
